Our client, a dedicated provider of community support services, is seeking a Caregiver to join their team. As a Caregiver, you will be part of a compassionate team supporting individuals in their daily lives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a nurturing attitude, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for others, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Caregiver

Location: Hayward, WI

Pay Range: $13 - $15 per hour

What's the Job?

• Ensure the safety, comfort, health, and welfare of each individual in your care.
• Assist individuals with daily tasks, including bathing, dressing, and personal care.
• Document accurately for each individual’s progress plan daily.
• Provide training and assistance in daily living skills.
• Create a nurturing environment and transport individuals into the community as needed.

What's Needed?

• Experience in medical patient care or customer service.
• Ability to assist with medication administration and proper documentation.
• Competency in following individual care plans and routines.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality and uphold individual rights.
• Flexibility to work 2 days weekly in Hayward and fill in as needed in Minong.
