Overview: ​

The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate pod scrum masters to ensure successful delivery of GenAI projects, managing prioritization, planning, execution, risk, resources, quality & compliance. ​

Responsibilities: ​

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets and deliverables for each pod ​

• Ensure alignment between different pods to achieve overall project goals ​

• Coordinate cross-functional activities and facilitate communication between pods ​

• Conduct regular meetings to track progress and address any challenges ​

• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project status ​

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies ​

• Allocate resources effectively across pods, assigning tasks to meet project objectives ​

• Monitor project expenditures and adjust plans as necessary ​

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging learning and innovation ​

• Assist in the development of GenAI program frameworks and operating models ​

• Other assigned duties as required by leadership
